Refund policy

Sednna wants to ensure that you love our products as much as we do.

All product orders are eligible for return and refund within 15 days of the received date, except for products purchased under special price offers, final sales or discounted items. 

Returns and refunds are eligible under any of the following circumstances:

• We sent you the wrong item.
• The product you received is damaged.
• The product size ordered does not fit your needs.


Sednna will assume all shipping costs on return requests on orders over US$ 75.00 before taxes.

The client will assume shipping costs on returns for orders under US$ 75.00 before taxes. 

All items exchanged must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unstained and maintain the original tags, hygienic protectors and be in its original packaging.

To make a return and return request, please contact us at shop@sednna.com and reference the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We may request that you send us photos of the item.
