SHIPPING
We will take care of shipping costs on orders over US$ 75.00 before taxes.
On orders under $75.00, a shipping fee will be applied*.
We currently offer First Class Package, Parcel Select Ground, and Priority Mail Express through the United States Postal Service (USPS). It takes 1 to 2 business days for an order to process. Once your order has been processed, we will send you the tracking information.
*Shipping costs are automatically calculated at check out and are subject to USPS costs.
EXCHANGES
For product exchange requests, Sednna will only be accept them within 15 days from the day the order was received.
Exchange of items are made by product, subject to availability of the product in stock.
All items exchanged must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unstained and maintain the original tags, hygienic protectors and be in its original packaging. Products under a Special Price Offer and/or discounted items are non-exchangeable. Exchanges will be allowed for size exchange or for an item that has the same price.
Sednna gives you only one chance to exchange an item.
On all orders over US$ 75.00 before taxes, Sednna will assume all shipping costs on exchange requests.
To make an exchange request, please contact us at shop@sednna.com and reference the order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason. We may request that you send us photos of the item.
RETURN AND REFUND
Sednna wants to ensure that you love our products as much as we do.
All product orders are eligible for return and refund within 15 days of the received date, except for products purchased under special price offers, final sales or discounted items.
Returns and refunds are eligible under any of the following circumstances:
Sednna will assume all shipping costs on return requests on orders over US$ 75.00 before taxes.
The client will assume shipping costs on returns for orders under US$ 75.00 before taxes.
All items exchanged must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unstained and maintain the original tags, hygienic protectors and be in its original packaging.

WARRANTY
Our priority is our customer’s satisfaction and it is our commitment to guarantee the quality, safety, good condition and performance of the products that we sell.
If there is any defect in the quality, suitability or safety of your products, please let us know. You can request an exchange or return and refund by contacting us at shop@sednna.com. The corresponding policies apply. Manufacturers’ warranty policies may also apply.
